Health in Mind is a leading mental health charity in Scotland, dedicated to providing high‑quality support and services to improve mental wellbeing. The charity has been promoting positive mental health since 1982 and believes everyone should have access to mental health support when they need it. Health in Mind provides a range of services supporting individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression and trauma.
