Our second event, Creating the Future 2019, had three areas of focus, Climate change, democracy and advances in neuroscience and technology.
Featuring some of the world’s best minds and most challenging thinkers, our speakers tackled some of society’s most pressing issues – including the future of democracy, the climate crisis and revolutions in neuroscience, healthcare and mental wellbeing.
Moderated by Oli Barrett MBE our line up of speakers included; Guilio Boccaletti, Chief Strategy Officer of The Nature Works, who spoke about the future of water scarcity; Dr Gail BradBrook, co-founder of Extinction Rebellion; Laure Cucuron, of Terracycle; Tim Spector, Professor of Genetic Epidemiology and Director of the TwinsUK registry at King’s College London.
